都バス：旅慣れた人にお勧めします。
The metropolitan buses are difficult to understand, even for a Japanese person like me. If you are a foreigner, this is even more so. It looks like a maze. Therefore, if there is a place you want to go, you should first look for it by train or subway. And if it is difficult to get there, consider a metropolitan bus.
都バスは日本人の私から見ても、わかりにくいです。外国人なら尚更でしょう。メイズのようです。従って、行きたいところがあれば最初に鉄道か地下鉄で探すべきでしょう。そして、そこに行き難いようであれば、都バスを検討しましょう。

Tokyo Metropolitan Bus is a bus company operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. There are other bus companies in Tokyo that are operated by private railways, but their service is limited. In contrast, Tokyo Metropolitan Bus covers the entire Tokyo metropolitan area.
都バスは東京都が運営するバス会社です。東京には他にも私鉄が運営するバス会社もありますが、それらは運行する場所が限られています。それに引きかえ、都バスは東京都全域をカバーしています。
The reason I recommend is because it is interesting. You can enjoy a very deep Tokyo. Because the buses run even closer to people’s daily lives than the trains and subways do. You can tour every corner of Tokyo in this bus.
